In January 2007, I had the opportunity to travel to a region of the world where families have been doing just that longer than they can remember. The people of Ethiopia are a hard-working people, eager to provide for their families and change the face of Africa. Unfortunately, like in most third world countries financial resources are not readily available.

I have committed my business to assisting IAP in providing financial resources to these beautiful people. In 2008, 100% of the profits from my real estate business and funding from other sources were donated in hopes of raising $200,000 USD to fund the Letta Micro-Finance Institute. This MFI gives small business loans to the women of Ethiopia so they can start or support family businesses. In an ongoing effort to make Letta self-sustaining, I will continue to donate a substantial portion of my business profits to IAP.
